About Me

Born and raised in Kailua, Hawaii, I began my career as a teacher in the non-profit sector after graduating from UCLA. About 15 years ago, I pivoted to the tech industry. Since then, I've served as a people leader at over five venture-backed companies, with three scaling to unicorn+ status where I built and led people & talent strategy through hypergrowth.

I'm passionate about helping founders build scalable and equitable people processes, establish sustainable recruiting cultures, and optimize operations for scale. My craft brings me joy as I create iconic employer brands, build diverse and inclusive teams, and deliver programs that fuel company growth.

Before launching People Culture Talent, I was the Head of Talent Ops and Head of Tech Recruiting at Notion, helping scale the company from roughly 30 to nearly 600 employees and from $1B to over $10B in valuation. I have also led teams at Render, Lyft, and GitHub.
